On Tuesday, February 18, 2020, the Michigan Organization on Adolescent Sexual Health (MOASH) will be hosting another Youth Advocacy Day in Lansing! This is a full day event (approximately 8am-3pm). Young people (accompanied by adult allies) will have the opportunity to meet with legislators, share their experiences, and discuss the sexual health issues that matter most to them. This Youth Advocacy Day will focus particularly around the need for consent-inclusive and trauma-informed sex education in schools.

MOASH will host free training seminars on state sex education policy and awareness-raising practices for participants in January, in preparation for the Advocacy Day in February.
