Please complete this form for both current and new students for the school year 2023-2024.  Enrollment is based on availability and we will notify you if the class is full and offer a wait list option.  An invoice for registration fees (fee amounts listed below) will be emailed within 2-3 business days.  Please remit as soon as possible as your spot is not confirmed until registration fees are paid.  

Please note that this form includes sections for Parents Day Out, Preschool, Enrichment and Kindergarten Enrichment enrollment.  If a section does not apply to your child, just click the "next" button.  Please make sure to click the "submit" button at the end of the form.  It is necessary for you to submit a separate form for each child you are enrolling.
