Merchants Building will be open to the public from 12PM to 8PM Tuesday through Saturday and will be locked at 8PM each night. Outside Vendors can stay open later if they wish.
Set-Up: Monday, August 5 from 9AM to 2PM; Tuesday, August 6 from 8AM to 12PM; or by appointment
Tear-Down: Saturday, August 10 from 8PM to 11PM and Sunday, August 11 from 8AM to 12PM
The Bay County Fair & Youth Exposition Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse or revoke this contract at any time if the vendor's merchandise and/or conduct is in conflict with the term "Family Fair". Any monies paid will be forfeited by the vendor.

I understand and agree to a background check prior to my approval as a vendor.
I understand that I must provide a copy of my liability insurance with my application.
