To amend these bylaws, the proposed amendment(s) must be presented in writing
by the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Regional Committees, or local chapter
proposing the amendment(s) to the KYTSA State Advisor at least sixty (60) days prior to the
state conference. A proposed amendment shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors. The
Board of Directors shall submit the proposed amendment, with recommendation, to the local
chapters at least two (2) weeks prior to the state conference.
