This is a Google Form circulated for potential participants in the virtual Kerala focused quiz organised by the Malayalam Mission UK Chapter. The quiz is intended to be held via Zoom from 4 PM (BST) onwards on 13th June 2021. Apart from the one device used for attending the Zoom meeting, participants would additionally require an internet enabled computer or smart device to partake in this virtual event. A £10 entry fee is applicable for participating in the contest, all proceeds of which are to be issued to the Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF) in Kerala for supporting the pandemic remedial measures undertaken by the state.With the top three prizes jointly sponsored by Infinity Financials Ltd., Karma Kala Kendra  and Nila Foods, the first, second and third prizes are intended to be £100, £75 and £50 respectively.  A member of the Malayalam Mission UK Chapter Covid-19 coordination committee will get in touch with you for processing your payment and finalising next steps.

Complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the data collected via this registration process will only be shared with the Malayalam Mission UK Chapter Covid-19 coordination committee for facilitating the quiz and will not be retained beyond the 14th of June 2021 by when the results of the quiz would be announced. This data will not be shared with any third party providers.
