These criteria are built out of member suggestions. Any thoughts for nuancing or improving them (while staying specific and concise)?

Members were in favor of a Committee diverse in (a) career experience from early career to senior scholar) (b) gender (c) ethnicity; (c) global location; (d) expertise. Most of the committee will be refreshed each year. To reach that goal of a committee that is broadly representative (e.g. not majority white male), would you be willing to be on it?
