Minor Volunteer Release and Waiver Form. Volunteers will not need to complete the Rose Haven volunteer orientation, but we will ask that you review a short 50/50 training video.

volunteer opportunity instructions here! The Trail Blazers Foundation 50/50 raffle offers fans the opportunity to win 50% of the home game's jackpot while supporting Rose Haven! Fans can buy their tickets from Rose Haven volunteers at the game. The winning raffle ticket is pulled in the 3rd quarter of the game and announced in the 4th quarter. The remaining 50% of the net proceeds are split between The Trail Blazer's Foundation and Rose Haven.
