- Please send only JPEG images with high resolution.
- Please be sure your images are oriented right-side up.
- If you are accepted as a Festival Artist, these photos may be used in our promotion of the event. So please only submit professional looking photos. These photos should well-lit, focusing on your work, without background clutter.
(Submit photos and artist bio together in one email)
- Your bio should be short and to the point. Reference who you are, where you are from, relevant experience/training, and your beliefs/goals as an artist.
- Your artist bio should position you as a professional, not as a hobbyist.
- As unnatural as it may seem, your bio reads better when written in the third person. ie. "Tom has been honing his craft for the past five years;" rather than, "I started woodturning as my hobby five years ago."

** The QSFM Fine Craft Festival is not a traditional "craft sale", rather a curated Fine Craft event. Accepted artists will receive an email with detailed information to cover all aspects of Festival day. Upon receipt of an acceptance email we ask you to submit the deposit to secure your place. Please do not send a deposit until you have received an email confirming your acceptance at the Festival. Once you have confirmed your place with a deposit we will begin promoting you as a Festival artist.
