Please complete the forms giving permission for your child to participate in Vacation Bible School at St. Francis Xavier Parish for the time period June 6, 2022, to June 10, 2022. This includes all of the rotations: snack, music, games/playground, crafts and Bible stories.

Upon reception of your registration, you will be emailed a confirmation that your information has been received.
