CGC Anonymous Feedback Form
This form is for graduate students to submit any questions and concerns they may have regarding the caucus and/or the communication and media studies program. The form is anonymous but students have the option to include their contact information if they would like to further discuss with a representative. The form is monitored by the CGC president and vice-president.
