Following is the registration form for Tech Camp 2020 Virtual Edition which will take place via virtual technology from Monday, August 3 through Thursday, August 6 from 1:00 to 4:15pm daily. A parent/guardian is required to submit this registration.

Parental Permission

I, the parent/guardian of the named student and listed in the last section of this form, grant permission for my student to attend Tech Camp 2020 from August 3 through August 6. I am committed to supporting and assisting my student to attend and participate fully each afternoon of Tech Camp. I understand the information collected in this form is considered private and will be used solely by Tech Journey, Inc. for the stated purpose above and will not be shared with third parties.
