After watching the Grants Training MOU certification webinar, please complete this quiz. You must answer all three questions correctly in order to pass. Once you pass, the District Office will send you the MOU form for your club's current president and president-elect to sign. Once two members from your club have completed these procedures, your club will officially be certified for the 2020-2021 year.
