A. To participate and vote in this AGM, you must:
        - be a current member of the BC Randonneurs Cycling Club as of 15 Sept 2023,
          or
        - have been a current Club member in 2022 and renewed in 2023 before 8 Oct 2023.
   
B. Individuals who are ineligible to vote per A. above, may attend and observe this AGM only with the approval of the majority of the attending voting members.
