Please, note that Fire Tech recommends:
- Junior clubs (for 8 to 12 years old) to run for 90min weekly, for 5 consecutive weeks.
- Senior clubs (for 13 to 17 years old) to run for 120min weekly, for 5 consecutive weeks.

If you would like a tailored course time (ie. 10 weekly session of 60min) please, let us know in the Notes section.
