The PPBSO Ottawa Branch offers a process to help students have their performance and theory skills recognized.

In striving to increase the uptake of piping and drumming in our region, the PDQB system offers a framework for teachers, a way for students to progress in a non-competition manner, and it provides a fully recognized certification framework that could be leveraged for broader educational aims.

Bob Worrall will be in Ottawa the weekend of April 25th/26th to administer exams. Students (and their teachers) interested in this should familiarize themselves with PDQB syllabi and test requirements for respective levels before expressing interest.
