Leadership Expectations
We are so excited that you want to be a part of the Westside College leadership team. The leadership team at Westside College is going to be essential to the success of this ministry. As a whole, the leadership team will be comprised of students who display the character, discipline, and lifestyle that Christ calls us to. While none of us are perfect, this is the standard that we set for our leadership team. The leadership application process will include the completion of this application and a personal interview conducted by Braden.  Before filling out the following application, please read the following expectations.

As a leader, you're expected to:
1. Prioritize this church, team, and ministry. Commitment is essential.
2. Be present at our weekly college events: Sunday am worship, Sunday School, Midweek Worship, Small Group (either here or in another campus ministry/Greek life). We understand that there will be times when you miss, but absences should be rare.
3. Be an example of godliness to your friends/peers in your disciplines, relationships, attitude, and character.
4. Be committed to be intentionally discipled. (This will be set up for our leadership team)
5. Attend and contribute at our leadership meetings, which are usually every 4-6 weeks on Sunday after church.
6. Attend our two leadership summits: April 29 and August 10-11. If for some reason there is a conflict here, please fill out the application still and we can talk about it.

Finally, to become a leader in the college ministry, we require you to become a member of our church. We have two options for this: membership or watch care. If you have any questions about this, please talk to me about it when we have our individual meeting.
Leadership is not for everyone, and it is a serious commitment. By checking the box below, you are agreeing that you have read these expectations, and that you commit to giving the time that is necessary to be an active and faithful member of this team and church. *
Required
We hold our leadership team to high expectations and accountability. If for some reason you do not fulfill the expectations as listed above, do you understand that it can result in your disqualification as a leader at Westside? *
