AME Farm/Garden Initiative Database
The AMEC International Health Commission is proud to launch an innovative opportunity of connecting, cataloging and providing resources to AME Churches/Institutions in our Connection who have farms/gardens and/or are interested in launching a farm/garden. In an effort to create a database and provide opportunities for networking, dialogue and resources we ask that you will complete this form by Sunday, February 28, 2021.

A Member of the AME Farm/Garden Team will be in touch with you to attend an upcoming VIRTUAL Meeting with AME Gardeners as we look to GROW together. We will also introduce an amazing partnership with the Black Church Food Security Network.

If there are any questions, please feel free to contact Rev. Carolyn Cavaness at (973) 704-1631 or amefarmfresh@gmail.com.

Blessings!
