We are extremely proud to welcome you and your family to Granville Academy.

A young person's transition to secondary school is an important landmark in their educational journey. Although we appriacte that this is one that some can struggle with. We want to get to know you and your child.

We would like to invite you to share your views, as the parent/carer, to ensure that this transition is as successful as possible. Please complete the questionnaire below in relation to your child. Some of the questions may not appear directly relevant to you; please answer all of them, where possible, as any information that you can provide is extremely valuable to us.
