1. The "Win This" contest is open to all AEON MEMBER aged 18 and above except for all employees of AEON CO. (M) BHD. ("the Organiser"), their affiliates and/ or their related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families.
2. The contest period shall commence from 01 May 2019 to 30 June 2019.
3. The followings shall be submitted to AEON CO. (M) BHD. for the purpose or participating the "Win This" contest:
(i) Answer of all questions;
(ii) Participant's Name and National Registration Identity Card No;
(iii) AEON MEMBER Card No;
(iv) Contact No and Address.
(v) Preferred AEON store to redeem prizes
4. All contest submission shall reach us on or before 30 June 2019. Any late submission thereafter shall not be entertained.
5. The results of the contest will be announced on or before 31 August 2019. The winners will be notified via email ONLY. Therefore contestant are advised to fill up the form with correct information.
6. AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to reject any entries which are incomplete, illegible, disfigured, submitted beyond the deadline or such other reason(s) as AEON CO. (M) BHD. deems fit.
7. AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the absolute right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value without any prior notice.
8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and shall be based on "while stocks last" basis.
9. The judges's decision is final, conclusive and no further correspondence, queries or appeal shall be entertained.
10. All participants in the contest agree to bound by the above Terms & Conditions of AEON CO. (M) BHD. upon participating this "Win This" contest by clicking the "Submit" button.
11. AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserve the right to omit, add or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any new or amended Terms & Conditions will supersede the existing Terms & Conditions.
12. The participants hereby agrees that prior to the participation of this contest, the participants had read and understand the Terms & Conditions of this contest in which any consent and/ or authorization required under this contest shall be deemed given upon participants submitted the required details to AEON CO. (M) BHD. for the "Win This" contest.

PRIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010
In compliance with the laws of Malaysia, the participants shall require to consent and authorize AEON CO. (M) BHD. to collect, process, disclose and to safe keep the required personal details upon participating the "Win This" contest. Any withdrawal of the participant's consent given shall be made in writing and receipt by AEON CO. (M) BHD. twenty one (21) days before the announcement of the contest results and in such event, the participant shall deemed withdrawn from this contest.

Selaras dengan undang-undang Malaysia, para peserta peraduan adalah dikehendaki bersetuju dan membenarkan AEON CO. (M) BHD. untuk mengumpul, memproses, mengemukakan dan menyimpan maklumat peribadi peserta peraduan yang diperlukan ketika menyertai peraduan " Win This". Sebarang penarikan balik persetujuan yang telah diberikan, peserta peraduan hendaklah menulis kepada AEON CO.(M) NHD. dalam masa dua puluh satu (21) hari sebelum AEON CO.(M) BHD. mengumumkan keputusan peraduan dan dalam keadaan yang sedemikian, peserta peraduan adalah dianggap telah menarik diri daripada menyertai peraduan ini.
