Preeo Johnson was a dedicated CHR from the White Mountain Apache Tribe. Preeo worked as the CHR Program Director in Whiteriver, Arizona. Her work as a Community Health Representative helped to bridge the Arizona Community Health Worker and Community Health Representative workforces. Preeo’s role in advocating for Community Health Representatives at the local, statewide and national level encouraged her colleagues to also advocate for the workforce; we acknowledge Preeo’s contributions and dedication to her community and the many  lives she impacted. Her hard work and perseverance in the field will forever be remembered.
