Kappa Phi Lambda (KΦΛ) is an Asian-interest, but NOT Asian exclusive, multicultural sorority grounded in the three pillars of sisterhood, service, and cultural diversity. Established at 33 schools, with over 4,100+ sisters and growing across the East Coast, Midwest, South, and West Coast, Kappa Phi Lambda, Inc. is one of the fastest-growing and most passionate Asian-Interest sororities in the nation!
Recruitment is a period of time when an undergraduate woman (or non-binary/gender fluid individuals who identify with femininity) of any race, religion, sexual orientation etc. can get to know the sisters of ΚΦΛ and the values of our sorority. Recruitment events are both social and informative opportunities for you to get a feel of our sisterhood and find out if we are the right sorority for you! Our events are always FREE and non-binding, so come out and have fun with us!
