In Person Service Reservation - 10/24/2021
Our UUSA Covid-19 Building Use Policy (see the UUSA website under Covid Response) allows us to meet inside wearing masks, maintaining social distancing and at a limited capacity. Would you like to physically join us (in person in the Sanctuary) for our service next week, 10/24/2021? If so, please let us know by completing this brief form.

NOTE: If we have more interest then space, we'll do a random drawing of names and the rest of the list will be given first priority for future services.
