Please sign up for the date you wish to participate. You will receive an email with a link to attend the meeting via Zoom. To receive credit for attending the orientation you must attend the whole meeting AND  complete an Exit Ticket at the culmination of the meeting. (Electronic attendance is kept)

Na Hale O Maui (NHOM) is a community land trust organization. Homes are sold separately from the land to qualifying Maui families who pay a small monthly fee for the use of the land. This allows NHOM to provide homes that are affordable now and in the future, in perpetuity, from family to family.  *
In order to become a Qualified Buyer, you and your partner/spouse (if applicable) will need to complete our 4 step process and income qualify. The first "step" is to complete an orientation seminar. At the end of the orientation you will complete another online Exit Ticket. Anyone who will be on the deed/ground lease/mortgage must have a completed Exit Ticket to show they have attended the Orientation seminar.  *
