・If you do not reply after resending, please contact us via X DM or email.
・If we cannot contact you for more than 5 days, we will cancel your order automatically if there is no reason.
・There will be an additional charge for retakes other than obvious failures.
・We will not accept any refund or cancellation for the client's convenience after the start of the project.
・The reservation will be confirmed by transferring 50% of the payment fee (reservation fee) one month before the production start date.
・If you cancel after the transfer: 30% of the reservation fee plus the transfer fee 10 days before, the cancellation fee will be the full amount of the reservation fee.
・You can submit up to 3 composition and color rough proposals. There is an additional charge from the fourth point.
・There will be an additional charge for major revisions and redesigns for your convenience after starting drawing.
