Please complete the questions below if you are interested in volunteering for Capital Region MusicFest. You must be a student enrolled in an Ontario secondary school in order to participate.
- Thursday, February 21st to Saturday February 24th (four days) - CRMF Concert Band portion will be held at Earl of March SS
- Friday, March 1st to Saturday, March 2nd (two days) - CRMF Jazz portion to be held at Longfields - Davidson Heights SS
- Friday, March 22nd to Saturday, March 23rd (two days) - CRMF Choral portion will be held at Fisher Park PS
You are able to receive community hours for your volunteer shifts.
Student volunteer shifts include the following responsibilities:
- Stage Crew - Helping set-up between performing groups; this is good physical work that involves setting up chairs and stands
- Performer Guide - Leading performing groups through each part of the festival. This requires good communication and interpersonal skills with students and directors
- Registration Desk - Helping Festival Staff with administration at the front desk; being a runner between the adjudication secretary and registration staff

Welcoming audience members and collecting admission at the front doors
- Equipment Room - Providing support to groups as they arrive, keeping the waiting area organized and quiet
