Series Calendar: September 12, October 10, November 14, (December 5 TBD)
Scoring will be kept via a Google Spreadsheet and shared with participants during and post racing. No protests.
All teams MEET ON THE WATER, ZERO access to SSS or SYS grounds and resources! No docking, or spectator boats at SSS, no on shore congregating. COVID-19 guidelines must be followed at all times.
One day racing from 12:00-4:00, weather depending.
Three courses: Laser/C420, GF, and RWB set in Sarasota Bay.
NoR and SI's will remain the same throughout the entire series.
Entry fee will be $20.00 per boat for the entire series. One time payment made payable to registered program. Money will be a collective pool for all four programs to purchase trophies, and other series related items, to be presented at the conclusion of the series.

We hope you all will take advantage of this easy racing opportunity! Intent is to keep this casual and fun, but with a competitive aspect. See you all on the Bay!

In consideration of the acceptance of my, or my minor child’s, application to participate in this yacht race, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which I may have or which may subsequently accrue as a result of my participation in this yacht race. This release is intended to discharge the promoters, sponsors, the Sarasota Youth Sailing Program, Sarasota Sailing Squadron, Venice Youth Boating, Sarasota Yacht Club, and Manatee River Pram Fleet, the officials, any involved municipalities and other public entities, and the US Sailing Assoc., from any and all liabilities arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the yacht race, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person or entities mentioned above. I further understand that serious accidents occasionally occur during yacht racing, and that participation in yacht racing occasionally sustains mortal or serious injuries, and/or property damage, as a consequence thereof. I knowingly assume the risks of yacht racing and release and hold harmless all the persons or entities mentioned above who might otherwise be liable to me or my heirs or assigns for damages. I agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and sailing instructions of this yacht race and The 2017-2020 Racing Rules of Sailing including the prescription of the US Sailing Association. I realize it is my sole responsibility to decide whether or not to start or to continue to race. In consideration of being permitted to enter this regatta and being fully knowledgeable of the risks of sailing, I agree voluntarily to assume all risks of participation and hold harmless those sponsoring or aiding in the regatta from any liability of any nature whatsoever for accident or injury to myself or my yacht. Additionally, I hereby grant to the Sarasota Youth Sailing Program, Sarasota Sailing Squadron, Venice Youth Boating, Sarasota Yacht Club, and Manatee River Pram Fleet, and to its employees, agents and assigns the right to photograph myself (or my dependent) and use the photo and or other digital reproduction and/or other reproduction of my/their physical likeness for publication processes, whether electronic, print, digital or electronic publishing. I agree follow all COVID-19 procedures and policies. I will not participate if I am COVID-19 symptomatic or have been exposed to COVID-19. *
