Thank you so much for submitting your own school district's data! This project is very labor intensive and very tedious. Every school district/union contract is different and has nuances, so having someone submit information that actually works in the district is crucial for accurate results.  Information is power, so it's important to know where SLPs are making livable wages, and where significant work needs to be done.
