Mason Writing Center Roadshow Request Form

Faculty who would like to introduce their students to the Writing Center’s services may invite a consultant to join their class in person or online on Zoom or Collaborate Ultra. The consultant will deliver a Roadshow, a 5- to 10-minute classroom presentation that describes the Writing Center’s services. If you would like the consultant to demonstrate the registration process, add 5 minutes or so to the presentation time. We provide Roadshows for classes, committees, student groups, departments, or programs. To maintain a safe workspace, we will have fewer consultants on site than usual, so while we will do our best to fulfill requests for in-person roadshows, we may need to ask you to host the consultant online.

Please fill out one form for each class or section for which you are requesting a Roadshow. Please submit requests two weeks in advance, as our staff is booked for consulting well in advance. Thank you!
