Coronavirus/COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization.  The Coronavirus is an extremely contagious virus that is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact, and COVID-19, the disease caused by the Coronavirus, can lead to severe illness, personal injury, permanent disability, and death.  As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.

Kassandra Brown (“Kassandra”) has put in place protective measures to attempt to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19; however, Kassandra cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with the Coronavirus/COVID-19.  Further, attending in-person sessions with Kassandra could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and the risk that I and/or other members of my family may be exposed to or become infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 by attending in-person sessions with Kassandra, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.  I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while attending a session with Kassandra may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others.  I voluntarily assume the risk that I, and any member of my family, may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending sessions with Kassandra.

I voluntarily agree to assume all risks of participating in sessions with Kassandra, and accept sole responsibility for any illness or injury to myself and any member of my family, including, but not limited to personal injury, disability, and death, that I, and/or members of my family may experience or incur in connection with my participation in sessions with Kassandra.

I further voluntarily agree that I will make no claim against, and I hereby release, discharge and covenant not to sue, Kassandra, Cuddlist.com or any other entity connected with Kassandra  from all liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, costs or expenses arising from or related to my participation in sessions with Kassandra or presence in her home or work space (collectively, “Claims”).  I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Kassandra, whether a Coronavirus/COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any session activity.  I also agree to  defend, indemnify and hold harmless Kassandra, of and from Claims of any kind arising out of or relating to our participation in sessions with Kassandra or presence in her home or work space.
