Hi!

Would you like to return a worn item of Manitober that you once bought from us or a retailer? Cool! This is the perfect way to support our circulatory system and help us in the fight against unnecessary destruction, waste and overproduction of textiles.

Before you send the items back to us, please fill out the form below. By submitting the form, your return is registered with us. You will then receive a DHL return label from us by email within 3-5 days. Then please send the items to us in Hamburg within 14 days or bring them over in person (after prior registration via email or phone).

IMPORTANT: Always enclose a note with your first and last name and your e-mail address with your return so that we can assign the correct form. Please also note that we can only take back clothing from Manitober.

As soon as we have received your clothes, we will check their condition and contact you with an offer in form of a voucher. This can take up to 14 days. If you’re not happy with the offer, we will send the items back to you free of charge.
