Space Rental Form

Thank you for filling out a Hennepin Center for the Arts Profile! This form only needs to be filled out ONCE to gain access to the booking calendar. After we've received your form, you will receive an invitation within 72 hours or by the next business day to book your own reservations using the Hennepin Center for the Arts booking calendar, Skedda (https://thecowlescenter.skedda.com/). Once you receive a booking invitation, you will be able to manage all reservations, cancellations, and payments on your own.

The Hennepin Center for the Arts gathers this data to help maintain a safe and secure building. All renters must provide accurate information on how they’ll be using the space in order to secure a reservation. Any renter using space for any purpose outside of what has been confirmed on the booking calendar will have renting privileges revoked indefinitely.
