We offer Student Shadowing Monday through Thursday. Your child can join us by shadowing one of our current students for the day to get a feel for the day and the life of and HSA CHS Student.  If interested please fill out the form or contact our office at 216-432-3660 to set up and date.

Shadowing Procedures:
Any student being considered for enrollment at Horizon Science Academy may “Shadow” during a regular school day. Please complete the form below and submit to the main office no less than two days in advance of your shadowing request. You may also call our office Monday – Friday to set up a shadowing date. You will be paired with a student in the grade to which you are applying.

Please Note: You will receive a return call from the office to confirm your date. Students should arrive with a parent at 8:15 am and must have transportation arrangements waiting at dismissal time which is at 2:30pm. Student should eat breakfast and pack their lunch. We ask that students come dressed in a polo or button down shirt with Khakis or dress pants.
