-Payment plans (via Hoshiikins) are available in a limited manner for this round. You may have up to 3 payment installments total over 2 months maximum, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of winning notification to secure your slot. Creation does not begin until payments are completed, please keep this in mind if you need your custom by a certain timeframe!
*Shopify accepts most major forms of payment processors including PayPal, Apple Pay and credit / debit cards.
If you are European, you will receive a private invoice via Etsy due to VAT.
- Planning -
- You are welcome to take up to two weeks to finalize your design before sending it over. During this time you are more than welcome to ask questions or minor design inputs!
Once we finalize your design, no major changes can be made, only accessory changes are ok.
- Creation Time -
- Make time will depend on the complexity of the Custom and if additional components need to be specially ordered or made. It can range from 8 weeks to up to four months, which will be discussed during the planning process. I kindly request your patience in this department as I work on customs when I feel like my creative flow is at its best for your project to ensure the best results!
- I do not typically offer photo updates unless I run into an impasse as it can delay the process. I will contact you if I'm feeling questionable on a design element or need your input if the coloring is going to plan. You are always more than welcome to contact me for updates, though!
- If you're wanting a specific element(s) that cannot be reused in future customs (i.e. a specific pair of artisan plugs) I kindly ask that you purchase them ahead of time or have them shipped to me so I can have them ready for your custom!

- Completion -
- You will receive a professionally shot photo set of your Custom upon completion where small edits or additions may be added upon request, if needed. You will get to approve them before they ship!
*Note that your custom photos will be in my portfolio for professional viewing and may be posted to my social media’s unless requested otherwise.
- Shipment -
- Your Custom will be carefully gift wrapped and shipped upon your approval. I typically ship through USPS Priority mail domestically, for international I will give you some express options so you can get to enjoying your new piece ASAP! Please remember you are responsible for customs or VAT fees.
