Please use this form to submit your request for media credentials for onsite access and coverage of Gallatin Comic Con, October 26-27, 2024 at Gallatin Civic Center.
To apply for a MEDIA or PHOTO credential, please thoroughly read the guidelines below. In order to be considered, you must be on assignment with coverage secured by a professional media organization.
All requests for credentials must be submitted by October 15, 2024.
You will be notified by email within 1 week of submission, if your request is approved or declined.
Please be sure to take your time and fill out all required fields below. Requests with incomplete or insufficient information will be declined.

jwamedia.com/gallatin-comic-con Requests are one per person. Each person from your outlet must fill out their own application. The name on the application should be of the person who intends to attend the comic con. Valid ID will be required to pick up credentials, if approved.
PHOTOGRAPHERS:
Photo passes are limited.
All photographers must be on an editorial assignment. Requests for credentials for personal portfolios will be declined. We will only credential photographers with SLR, detachable lens cameras. Cell phones and point-and-shoot cameras will NOT be permitted for photo passes.
SOCIAL MEDIA:
We are only able to consider applicants who are on confirmed editorial assignments. Requests for credentials for social media posts will be declined.
FILMING & BROADCAST TELEVISION:
FILMING IS ALLOWED with direct pre-approval from JWA Media prior to the October 15 deadline. Once approved, a media escort from JWA Media will be required at all times.
