Pukekohe Kings Basketball is a community initiative run by volunteers. We are looking for parents and/or supporters to join our committee. This involves attending meetings approximately once a term. Please indicate below if you would be happy to contribute in this way.

I give permission for my child to attend and play basketball with the Pukekohe Kings Basketball club. I acknowledge that the Pukekohe Kings Basketball club is a non-profit community group and that all coaches, managers and support people are volunteers. I also recognise that the sport of basketball is a physical/contact sport and involves the risk of accident and injury. I assume all risks and hazards related and incidental to participation, including trainings, competition games, organised tournaments and transportation to and from activities related to the Pukekohe Kings Basketball Club.

Once registration is submitted you agree to abide by Franklin Basketball's Code of Conduct and pay the fee as set out on the registration form by the due date shown on your invoice. If this fee is not paid on time then you accept that the player registered may be removed from the program without any refund of fees already paid.
