Due to testing beginning in a little over a week, we are closing this form for End of the Year Testing. To request your child's testing location be changed, please email OCVStesting@ocps.net and we will work to respond as quickly as possible. Please know that changing your child's location to our OCVS campus will result in your child being scheduled later in the testing window.
