Starting Tuesday May 7, 2024 at 6:30pm-7:15pm.
Balance, Core and Strength - 45 minute class focused on strengthening our balance and core muscles.
This workout is a low impact effective way to work your whole body (modified for all fitness levels).
Before warming up our class will include a verse and devotional that sheds the light
of God’s truth, followed by prayer.
Please invite your mothers, daughters, friends and neighbors. This will be a special time to bond with other women in our community.
Must be 16 and older!
