Welcome! This form is for LGBTQIA2S+ folx and allies that are interested in participating in Identity clubs/meet ups/programing.
We are currently revamping multiple programs such as Q-Club, Sing OUT! Anchorage, and Gen Q.

To keep up-to-date we have a discord server that is available 24/7 for all community members to connect and make friends in a safe and facilitated space. Click here to join Identity's Discord

If you are 13-18 you will be added to our Q-Club channels. If you are 18+ you should fill out this form you are on currently, and if you are 18-30 you can be added to our Gen Q channels. If you are 31+ you will have access to our community channels where we will post general information about all-ages events!
