Please use this form to apply for a Let's Talk Science Guelph Travel Bursary. Please carefully read the eligibility criteria and rules for the below before applying. Educators that wish to bring students OR parents/guardians that wish to bring youth are both welcome to apply. Only five (5) bursaries will be awarded for the Women & Girls in STEM event on Saturday, February 8th, 2020.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Have/intend on registering for the Women & Girls in STEM event on Saturday, February 8th, 2020.
2. Traveling greater than 50 kilometres to attend the event. Please use Google maps to determine if your location is eligible.
3. Fill out the form in its entirety by Sunday, January 26, 2020 by 11:59pm EST.

Rules:
1. Only ONE entry per group. Submitting more than one entry does not increase the odds of getting selected. Definition of a "group": a family, a parent/guardian and multiple youth, an educator and multiple youth.
2. You must attend the event on Saturday, February 8th, 2020 to receive the bursary. Photo ID and proof of address are required for verification purposes and to receive the award.
3. You may be asked to provide personal information (name, address) to process and receive travel bursary.

How will the bursaries be decided?
We will assess the applications based on (1) distance required to travel to attend the event and (2) current access to science outreach events. If there is a high volume of applicants that fit these two criteria, a random draw will be completed for fairness. Please note that all decisions are final.

By filling out the survey, it is assumed that you understand and accept the rules for the bursary.
