As a parent/guardian of a student who will be a car rider, I agree to the following (click choose):

DESA’s car dismissal line will operate from 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Any student remaining on campus after 3:30 p.m. is considered a “late car-rider. Parent/Guardian/Designee of a “late car-rider” must enter the building, report to the cafeteria and sign their student(s) out.
Late Car Rider Options: The following options are available to parents who are unable to meet the 3:00 p.m. pick-up deadline (click to see choices please select one):

I will register my student for DESA’s Afterschool Program and pay the $25 registration fee). In the event I am unable to meet the 3:30 p.m. pick-up deadline, my student will be sent to the afterschool program. I understand that the drop-in rate for DESA’s Afterschool Program is $15 per day. The Afterschool Program runs from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
I will complete the Afterschool Program registration form and I agree to donate $1.00 per minute after 3:30 p.m. (not to exceed $20) each time I am late picking up my child. The donation will go towards registering my child for DESA’s Afterschool Program or to DESA’s Teacher’s Appreciation Fund. Once my donation reaches $25 my child will be registered for DESA’s Afterschool Program and anytime my child is still at school at 3:20 p.m. he/she will report to DESA’s after school program. When my child reports to DESA’s After School Program I will pay the $15 drop-in fee and have until 6:30 p.m. to pick up my child. Funds donated between August 2019 and April 2020 that are less than $25 will go towards items to give our staff during Teacher’s Appreciation during the month of May.
