Volunteer at FOREVER YOUNG FESTIVAL - Naas 2019

Thank you for expressing your interest in volunteering with Forever Young Festival!

Forever Young Festival takes place at Palmerstown House in Naas, Co. Kildare from the 5th to 7th July 2019.

About Festival:
Forever Young Festival is run by a charity organisation and it aims to raise money for the new initiative, to set up new veterinary treatment centres across Ireland in a bid to help animals in crisis. It’s Ireland’s very first 80’s festival and will feature 80’s icons: The Human League, Holly Johnson, Level 42, Kim Wilde, Jimmy Somerville, Bonnie Tyler and many others. Event Dates & Program Start Times:
Please mind below are the hours for attenders. Volunteers shifts will start each day from 8AM!
Friday, 5th July form 5PM till 11PM
Saturday, 6th July from 12PM till 11PM
Sunday, 7th July form 12PM till 11PM

The age policy for volunteering at the festival is 18+.

Volunteering Roles and Hours of required Volunteering shifts:

3 day roles are most required roles and to complete the role in full you will be needed on site during the festival dates, from 5th to 7th July 2019. Roles titles are:
- FESTIVAL STEWARDS
- OPERATIONS TEAM
Volunteers must be available to arrive at the festival site Thursday 4th July afternoon / evening time, or early morning on Friday.
Shifts are 6 or 8 hours long. Volunteers are expected to work 16 to 18 hours over the weekend in exchange for a 3 day ticket to the festival. This will take the form of 3 x 6 hour shifts or 2 x 8 hour shifts.
In case you are not able to volunteer all 3 days you can opt for these roles for one day only.
However 3 days volunteers will be prioritised.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT is a 7 days role and it’s required before, during and after the festival. Approximately from 3rd till 9th July 2019. Shifts, terms and condition for this role will be agreed individually with who applies.

3 days Availability for Forever Young Festival

We are mostly looking for Volunteers who will be at festival site all 3 days from Fri 5th - Sun 7th July.

Hours of work:
Volunteers must be available to arrive at the festival site Thursday 4th July evening time, or early morning on Friday.
Shifts are 6 or 8 hours long and each volunteer is required to work 3 shifts of 6 hours or 2 shifts of 8 hours.
Total of 16 to 18 hours in exchange for access to the Festival.

Volunteers will get in return:
festival wristband for each day of festival
2 meals for each day
A pitch in the Volunteers Campsite (you will need to provide your own tent)
Fun and experience

1 day Availability for Forever Young Festival

In case you can volunteer for the one day only please see the conditions below.

Hours of work:
Shifts are 6 or 8 hours long and each volunteer is required to work 1 shift.

Volunteers will get in return:
Day festival ticket (for the day of volunteering)

7 days Availability for Forever Young Festival

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT is a 7 days role and it’s required before, during and after the festival.
Approximately from 3rd till 9th July 2019.

Special conditions will apply for opting this role. We'll agree on it with every volunteer individually.
