Please note:

- This is only for youth candidates (age 13-17, from Year 9). The candidate must be 13 years old when he/she receives Confirmation. (For adults there is a separate registration form and a different course. Please find more info at italianchurch.org.uk)
- The course will start on November 7th 2021 at 11am
- Confirmation lessons take place at St Peter's Italian Church 136 Clerkenwell Rd, Farringdon, London EC1R 5DL.
- The catechism fee for the year is £35 which needs to be paid on the day of the first lesson. if you're signing up siblings the catechism fee is £30 per child.
