HVALF Family Fun Day Sponsorship Form
As both the summer of 2021 and the COVID-19 pandemic are waning and coming to a close, we thought we would gather together with our families to relax and get reconnected for the important work that lies ahead of us as labor, community and political allies.

What better way to enjoy good food and have fun with our families and friends than to have a barbecue and family fun day.

Date: September 18, 2021
Time: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Location: Teamster 445 Hall, 15 Stone Castle Road, Rock Tavern, NY 12575

In order for us to make this day happen with lasting memories for all who come, we need your support in sponsoring the event. The sponsorship levels are as follows:

Bronze - $100
Silver - $250
Gold - $500

The names of the sponsors will fly high on our banner and be found on the table placement cards. There will be an HVALF-sponsored table for you to share your literature or giveaways.
