Breast cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in women. It is the most prevalent cancer in the world today, with about 1.3 million people diagnosed annually. Fortunately, the number of deaths caused by breast cancer appears to be declining with the combination of early detection and more effective treatments. The John A. Burns School of Medicine Family Medicine Interest Group (FMIG) will be participating in the Susan G. Komen Race For A Cure®. Please help to raise breast cancer awareness and support the cause by purchasing a race t-shirt for yourself and/or family and friends. ALL PROCEEDS ARE DONATED TO THE SUSAN G. KOMEN FOUNDATION.
Shirts are $20 (non-team member) or $15 (Team JABSOM race member*). T-shirts are Hanes Cool-Dri fit.
You can get a FREE T-shirt if you are a team member and raise $50 or more for the cause.
Please mail a check made payable to: Jill Omori to 651 Ilalo Street, MEB OME, Honolulu, HI, 96813. Venmo option to be updated as soon as possible.
You can still join our team and Race for the Cure on October 13 2019! Join here or make a donation:
