High School Co-Ed Futsal Intramural Sign-Up
High School Co-Ed Futsal Intramurals (HSI) will be for 9-12th graders after school on Wednesday from 
3:45-5:00pm. Games start Wednesday August 31. If your student is participating in High School Futsal please carefully read and sign the form below.  
 

The following items are considered "Proper Clothing":  
  • t-shirt
  • shorts
  • leggings
  • sweat pants
Proper clothing is a requirement to play Futsal.   Students who do not have the proper clothing for participation will be sent directly to after school care.  

Pick-Up: 5:00pm

Games end at 5:00pm.  Students who have not been picked up by 5:00pm will be sent to after school care where after school care charges will be added to your bill.   

Mrs. Brackett will send you a confirmation e-mail with the High School Intramural schedule and team roster.
