Ambassador Event Proposal Form

Have an event idea for your local community and want to get funding? Here you will find the steps to submit an event proposal to qualify for event grant.

Only approved ambassadors can request an event reimbursement grant. Please fill out the event proposal form below and the team will reach out within 48-72 hours. If approved, we will also send an email confirmation and create a shared google drive folder for your event. Within that folder we can house all relevant documents for your event.

(Note: As the DAO grows we will look at introducing a vote system for ambassadors and DAO members to vote on event proposals. Our goal is to empower and delegate leadership to the community).

Define the KPIs for the event. 

How can success be measured at the event? What specific targets do you want to hit? For example number of attendees, people onboarded to the Avalanche discord, new students in the Avalanche Academy, Core wallet downloads etc

Who is your target audience an how will you promote the event to the audience? 

Identify the primary audience for your event (general Web3 community, students, developers, investors, etc.) and explain how you will promote this audience. How will you market your event and reach potential attendees to ensure attendance target is met?

What is the event agenda and do you need any resources like merch, speakers etc? *
What is your proposed budget for the event? 

Clearly list the expenses involved, including venue, equipment, food, refreshments, marketing, etc.
Please note that while the DAO is in early stages we would prefer to keep event grants to under $500. However all proposals will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
What is your post event plan? 

What is your plan post event to further monetize the time and resources invested? For example will you onboard attendees to a Telegram/Discord group to maintain contact with them? We want to make sure the people who attend these events join the community and stay in the ecosystem post event. This is an important step.
