The Roosevelt County Fair is August 8-12. If you would like to be a vendor at the Roosevelt County Fair, please fill out this form.
Commercial indoor booths are to be set up by 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 9. The building opens daily at 10:00 a.m. Closing time on Thursday and Friday is 7:00 p.m. Take down time on Saturday is one half hour after the last event, approximately 3:00 p.m. ALL INDOOR BOOTHS MUST BE CLEARED BY 4PM!
All outdoor vendors must fit within marked spaces. Outdoor vendors will each be given a specific check in and set up time and all arrangements must be made with the superintendent in charge of the area. You will be notified of said time.
The cost for the indoor booth is $25 total for all 4 days of the Fair, or $50 if you would like electricity and/or a SPECIFICALLY MAPPED LOCATION. Indoor Commercial booths measure approximately 10' wide by 8' deep. Outdoor spaces are $25 without electricity and $100 for electricity or SPECIFICALLY MAPPED LOCATION. If there are questions about this, please ask.
Electrical cords are the exhibitor’s responsibility. Commercial booths will be in the curved Quonset, Building D.
