The Fitness Angels is led by Fitness and Wellness professionals. FITNESS ANGELS Founder Hollye A. Richardson, received her BS in Kinesiology with a Concentration in Exercise Physiology in addition to a Masters of Science in  Exercise Science and Sports Studies, with a Concentration in Exercise Physiology from William Paterson University.

Hollye has 20 plus years experience in the fitness industry and after her battle with Stage 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Hollye became a Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist specializing in Breast and Prostate Cancer fitness. Hollye is also a E-RYT 200, Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga Instructor (used at the Mayo clinic), TRX Sports Medicine Trainer. Licensed Zumba instructor, is Certified Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master, Access Consciousness Access Bars Facilitator.

Hollye knows the importance of proper alignment and training in a safe environment and only seeks out the best instructors and staff to lead the Fitness Angels clients safely through fitness and wellness activities.

Some of the services we provide include: Strength Training, Chair Yoga, Zumba, Meditation. Metaphysical Services: Reiki, Access Bars, Crystal Healing, Sound baths (Singing Bowls).
