2022 Ludlow Flea & Craft Fair

    March thru November is Indoor/Outdoor Flea. Feb. & Dec. are indoor only.

You will be charged for EVERY FLEA you sign up for. If you sign up for 10 Fleas in advance you will be billed $300-$450.

- ALL BUSINESSES MUST FILE an online application to be accepted so we can plan accordingly!

Local Ludlow Residents (Limit 5 per event) - $15 flat fee (1 free beer ticket per applicant)

All other Businesses are the following rates:
- $30 Outdoor 10'x10' space (2 free beer tickets per applicant)
- $45 Indoor 8'x8' space (2 free beer tickets per applicant)

Flea Hours: 11a - 5p ---- Load in starts at 9:30am day of show. Please be setup by 10:45 for opening.

INDOOR vendors will have access to electricity IF REQUESTED ONLY. Please bring additional extension cords and/or lighting as required/needed. Vendors should supply their own tables, tents and any other materials or supplies necessary in order to display / present their goods in the best light possible.

All indoor and outdoor spaces are ADA Accessible. All TAX reporting is the responsibility of the vendor. We will not be supplying tax forms or collecting tax on any goods sold.

All fleas are Rain or Shine. No refunds issued for bad weather or no-shows. We will do our best to relocate vendors inside as space permits, but cannot make any guarantees of space availability.

Please complete this online application. After review of your application and approval, you will be sent links and info for Online (preferred) and Mailing address to submit your payment. Your space WILL BE SECURED ONLY UPON PAYMENT receipt.

We encourage you to submit 3-5 photos of your booth and/or sale items in order to help us in our review of your goods for sale, please send your emails to Strongmanager@bircus.com.

For Load in, please unload from the street in front of the Ludlow Theatre, then park your vehicle in an out-of-the-way spot or at our Bircus Overflow Parking lot at the Corner of Oak & Davies.
