The expectation is that all students ride to and from events with the band, but we also allow families to leave together as long as we have proper knowledge of the change in procedure.  Fill out the form to let us know you are taking responsibility for your child at the conclusion of the event.  No one is allowed to leave before the end of a game or before the end of a contest.

Also games at Stallworth are exempt from the requirement to travel with the band.  But if a student rides the bus to the game, but not back to school, please fill this out as well.
